VASTRABHUSHAN makes sure that delivered items are exactly as shown in the displayed pictures on the website.

Shipping Details:

● Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

● Shipping Fee in India: Free shipping on a cart value of Rs 999 or above. Alternately, flat Rs. 80 will be charged as a SHIPPING FEE if the cart value is less than Rs. 999. This shipping fee is non-refundable. 

● We understand the value of happiness and also the eagerness to receive the products you ordered on time. Therefore, each paid order is packed and dispatched within 24 to 72 hours (not including Sunday), whereas all COD-related orders go through a verification process. Every COD order gets an automated call wherein the customer can choose to accept the order or reject it. Once we get confirmation, we make sure to dispatch the product within a maximum of 2 business days. In the event that our customer could not receive or attend the call, our customer representatives would make a follow-up call to get confirmation. Once verified, the products are similarly dispatched. You can also get your confirmation by email with your Order Number.  

●  Please note, that all our products go through thorough quality checks before delivery so that you can enjoy a seamless experience. If for any reason, we face a delay in dispatching the order, we shall duly keep you informed and make every effort to deliver happiness on time.

● It usually takes a shipping time of 5-7 working days for domestic orders and 20-25 working days for international orders (via standard shipping). 

IF YOU NEED EXPRESS SHIPPING, an extra 25 USD is applicable.

● Please note that delivery times are subject to location, distance, and our logistics partners. VASTRABHUSHAN is not liable for any delivery delays caused by the courier services or customs. However, we will be happy to help you track down the shipment.

● Once your order is dispatched, you will receive order tracking details via email or SMS.

● International Shipping fee: Free international shipping on a cart value of 35 USD or above. Alternatively, a flat rate of 7 USD will be charged as a shipping fee if the cart value is less than 35 USD.

The customs duty has to be borne by the customer as it is dependent on the destination address.

Return Policy

Return/Exchange Policy: 3 Days

Every product of Vastrabhushan has a personal touch, and we ensure that you get your product just as you expected.

For any claims of missing or defective products, please make a complete unboxing video of the delivered parcel and send it on WhatsApp at +91 7736353935 mentioning your order ID or write to vastrabhushanstore@gmail.com. We will guide you thereafter.

  • Products returned or exchanged must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept an item that’s worn, damaged, or washed in any way or any alteration to the original product, which includes the original invoice and documents sent along with the shipment.
  • We accept returns and exchanges if you have received a damaged or defective product, or if a different product was shipped than what you ordered.
  • In certain cases of a return or exchange, we may ask you to send images of the product that you have received to ensure we understand your problem better and you get the desired product in the return or exchange process. We will inspect the product before processing the return or exchange.
  • If, under any circumstances, we are unable to process a new item, we shall be happy to refund your full amount in the form of Vastrabhushan store credit.
  • Return or exchange is not applicable for international orders. For any damaged or defective product, either the money will be refunded or a new product will be sent using the seller’s choice of shipping provider.
  • In case of an incorrect address given by the buyer, refunds will not be provided in such cases.

All clearance and flash sale items are not returnable or exchangeable.
